New Photos on Handy Punt page – a basic utility/fishing boat

A basic update to the Handy Punt page.

Handy Punt for small outboard. Fishing Punt and picnic boat for outboard motors

A basic utility or fishing punt with good stability, very simple construction and large airtank buoyancy.

Stability is so great because of the simple rectangular cross section that it is a safe and easy boat to stand up in. The flat bottom is well braced against pounding by an array of longitudinal bottom skids and the structural boxes of the seats creating the lateral stiffening.

As with most of my plans they are highly detailed with step by step building.

The boat is also about as simple as you can get – almost every part is rectangular.
