My names Chris and I was a traditional wooden boatbuilder until a few years ago when i started Selkie kayaks in the UK
I make stitch and glue, strip, glass and skin on frame kayaks
About a year ago we started working on a cnc cut stitch and glue boat kit with a construction manual, which is now ready to sell
Ive had a few inquiries from New Zealand but cant ship the kit out due to cost, so i’m looking for a company that would like to produce and market the kit under licence, in New Zealand
A small boatbuilders or woodworkers shop with a cnc machine would be good candidates !
Do you know anyone doing this kind of work that might be interested in taking a look at it ?
