Hi Wayne,

It really is much the same. Practice the safe gybe method first. That is the fallback position whenever in doubt.

The main principle is the same. Instead of &quot;thinking you have to rush over to the other side to stop the boat heeling&quot; look at it differently and get rid of even small amounts of heel as they happen. 

This makes gybing much much easier. Still follow the same patterns for steering and use of the sheet as in the safe gybe section.
